WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Nike’s Global Places & Services (GPS) organization within the GPS Places Center of Excellence—a team dedicated to shaping the physical environments that fuel Nike’s culture and empower the athlete experience. This role reports to the Director of the GPS Places COE and partners across Design, Real Estate, Services, Operations, Technology, Resilience, and GPS leaders throughout global nodes.

Nike seeks a Performance Requirements Lead with deep construction project expertise, a global mindset, and a drive to elevate standards across a diverse portfolio. This leader thrives in a matrixed environment, applies analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, and builds systems, metrics, and tools that advance speed, quality, and predictability. They bring strong organizational mastery, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to influence without authority. They excel at translating complex processes into clear, compelling documentation. Their enterprise-first approach fuels collaboration across geographies, functions, and partners—ensuring Nike's built environments reflect the brand’s ambition and the needs of athletes* everywhere.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to work in Beaverton, OR

  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management, architecture, or a related field

  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a Fortune 500 environment

  • Proven experience collaborating in highly matrixed organizations with internal and external partners

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead the development and governance of project management tools, templates, metrics, and global construction cost benchmarks that elevate how Nike delivers workplaces and distribution centers worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the GPS Places COE team and cross-functional groups to define and evolve global standards

  • Build relationships with Design, Real Estate, Operations, Services, Technology, and global GPS nodes to enable seamless implementation

  • Develop and maintain performance standards that drive faster, simpler, and more predictable delivery

  • Update and roll out annual global cost guardrails for corporate and distribution-center projects

  • Train local and regional teams to embed globally defined standards into daily execution

  • Translate complex requirements into clear, on-brand documentation and guidance

  • Lead partner and supplier relationships to support consistent, high-quality delivery

  • Continuously improve standards informed by industry insights, feedback loops, and Nike’s evolving needs
